Deadleads ("we," "us") is a Web Labs product, main site deadleads.ai, and Web Labs operates this website. This policy describes what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us in the contact form, we use it to talk to you about your request, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• Information you submit in our contact form: name, phone, email, whether you're asking for your own business or as an agency, and what you tell us about your business type and lead database size.
• Standard analytics data collected by several third-party analytics tools: pages visited, device and browser type, page speed, heatmaps, and session replays of what you do on a page (clicks, scrolling, typing into fields that are not masked). None of it is tied to your name unless you submit the form.

How we use it

• To contact you about your lead, by phone, text message, or email. By submitting the form you consent to be contacted this way about your request; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• To operate, measure, and improve this website.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our CRM (e.g. hosting, analytics, customer-relationship tools), and only as needed to provide the service.

Client lead data

If you become a client and provide us a database of your leads, that data remains yours. We use it solely to perform reactivation services for you, we never sell it, share it with any other client, or use it for any other purpose, and we return or delete it on request. The same applies to lists supplied by agency partners on behalf of their own clients.

Retention & your rights

We keep lead data as long as needed to serve the relationship. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by calling or texting (844) 989-0001. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, Virginia, the EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses several third-party analytics tools to understand how the site is used. They may set cookies or similar identifiers; you can block or clear them in your browser at any time and the site works without them. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
