These terms govern your use of this website. Deadleads is a Web Labs product; Web Labs operates this site and its main site is deadleads.ai. By using the site or submitting the contact form, you agree to them.

What this site is

This site describes database-reactivation services for businesses, and the white-label version of the same service for agencies and consultants. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a contract, any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

No guarantees of results

Reactivation results depend on the quality and age of your list, your market, your offer, your industry, and your follow-through on booked appointments. The calculator on this site is illustrative arithmetic, not a projection or promise. That is exactly why our engagement model is pay-on-results with no upfront fee, but a specific outcome is never guaranteed.

Your list, your obligations

If you engage us, you confirm that the contacts you supply are your own business records and that you have the right to contact them about your products or services. We honor opt-outs on every channel, and we will not work a list you cannot lawfully contact.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempting to breach the form endpoint, no submitting other people's information without authority.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
